THE PROCEDURE FOR ORDERING

1. Client has to place their order to WEIRJIN for any specific they need.

2. WEIRJIN will issue e-pro forma invoice for order processing. Customers must verify that the correct content of the document after the signature and return.

3. Payment to be paid 100% upfront, To be wired to our bank account and deposited in our bank account in full amount without any bank's deduction.

4. After we receive the full payment will be recognized formally established order..

5. Delivery time for each specific order.

OTHER CONDITIONS

1. All selections per shipment will be I-grade 80 % and II-grade 20 %,otherwise stated.

2. Minimum order 10 pcs./color. for SPOTTED EAGLE RAY, STINGRAY, SAND SHARK, FRESH WATER CROCODILE, OSTRICH-BODY, COW TRIPE, ALL PANELS.

3. Minimum order 50 pcs./color. for CAPE SEAL & NUNAVUT RING SEAL.

4. Minimum order 100 pcs./color. for ALL SNAKES, ALL FRESH FISHES, ALL FROGS, OSTRICH-LEG, BEAVER'S TAIL.

5. Minimum order 500 pcs./color. for CAIMAN & COMMON WATER MONITOR.

6. Minimum order 1000 pcs./color. for CHICKEN-LEG & SLIME EEL.

7. Minimum order 250 meter./color. for DIAMOND PYTHON.

8. Minimum order 500 sqft./color. for BLUE SHARK.

9. Colors are available in WEIRJIN 's standard colors. Matching colors are matchable.

10. Custom colors could be sent from client to WEIRJIN for color matching, if needed. Custom color can be matched up to international standard 70% matching. Chargeable color samples (whole skins) for color approbation could be sent within 30 days. The Custom colors's minimum order for the two multiples.

11. For special selected ivory color: The price range will be higher and to be offered specifically.

12. For all snakes, the natural black & white color also available. In addition, For all snake can also be metallic gold, silver and bronze finish will be US$1/pce higher than the quoted price.

13. Please confirm your understanding on the using of our color cards.

14. Delivery 25-30 days after the receipt of your payment.(for all species except caiman, crocodile, toad, Indo bullfrog & cape seal which will need 45-60 days).
